WHAT IS A NON-RECOURSE IRA LOAN?
A Non-Recourse IRA Loan works alongside your Self-Directed IRA to purchase or refinance investment real estate. The IRS requires you to obtain Non-Recourse IRA financing when leveraging your Self-Directed IRA because you cannot personally guarantee this loan. This protects your retirement account’s tax-exempt/deferred status
OUR LOAN PROCESS
Work with your investment specialist to establish an account with a Self-Directed IRA Custodian.
Locate an acceptable Income-Producing property that supports your personal investment goals.
Execute a Purchase Agreement in the name of your IRA’s LLC or Custodian, according to your custodian requirements.
